“Extreme disappointment”
Kenmore Progressive Canister Vacuum with Telescopic Wand, Blue Moon White —
We purchased our third Kenmore vac of this type in July. Almost immediately, we noticed that every time we pulled back on the floor wand, there was a high-pitch whistle -- EXTREMELY annoying. I returned and exchanged that vac for another of the same model. Serious disappointment! The handle was not properly manufactured -- where the two pieces are supposed to fit together, they're separated and could easily cause serious injuries if anyone slid his/her hand while vacuuming. (I taped the handle with masking tape in order to use it but plan to return it; however, my time restraints make it difficult for me to get back to the store very often.) AND, after using this one for a couple of months, it, too, started making the high-pitch whistle when we pull back while we're vacuuming the floor!!!Kenmore Progressive Canister Vacuum with Telescopic Wand, Blue Moon White
