This is a great product, solid construction, good design, easy to use.

I wish it were a little bit lighter-weight...but then I suppose it wouldn't have as much power.

I really like being able to switch from Carpet (spinning brush) to Floor (no spinning brush) without having to stop. The thumb controls on the handle are eas to operate and save time (and bending over to adjust the pile setting).
