No power

I submitted once, but web page locked up. Will try again.

My vacuum has no power.  When switched on there is no power.  It doesn't light up or give any indication of power.  Tried multiple plugs and other devices worked in the plugs.

I found a reset button on the top of the vacuum part of the device. It was above the level of the surface, I push in.  Nothing changed. Still no power.

Are there more reset buttons I didn't see?  How do I find a manual/troubleshoot guide for this product.

For the book or advice about why I don't have power. The Model number is

11635923500.   I will try mangemyhome.com.  I guess thinking a sears site could help me with a Kenmore product was wishful thinking.

managemyhome.com is a Sears controlled website. It is a lot more organized than it used to be and very user friendly.

When you attached the top handle to the machine, did you remove the handle securing screw, slide on the handle and tighten the screw back in the hole?

If not, then the electrical connect from the handle to the rest of the vacuum may have never been made.
