great value

It does not matter if you go budget conscious or all out fancy.  As long as you buy a Kenmore Sewing machine you can not go wrong.  My first sewing machine was a Kenmore and it was a basic model, a few different stitch functions.  It is now 30 years old and still going strong.......I have bought 3...

I wanted to purchase a sewing machine for my wife's birthday and I have no knowledge of them. Unfortunatly, neither did your sales staff. The gentleman who tried to help me appologized and tried to find someone else who knew about sewing  machines, but no one knew what features the machines had and...

  • My old machine was not working so we were going to have it fixed. took it to the shop then went to sears christmas shopping and happened to look at their sewing machines and ended up buying a brand new Kenmore sewing machine CHEAPER than it cost to fix an old ****** generic machine I had owned. I knew it would be good by the brand name and it surely has not disappointed me, I couldn't be happier with it. Way to go sears :) PLUS i used my rewards card and got a $10 gift certificate back!!!!!!   So we really made out like bandits with christmas shopping as well :)

'Sew' easy to use!!

My Kenmore sewing machine is the easiest to use.  Never having sewn before, I picked it up and started sewing in one day.  Bobbins are a breeze to prepare and store in the foot for later.  It doesn't get much easier than this.

I researched through **************** online and looked for a reasonablly priced, reliable model to hem jeans and do a few moderate sewing chores. The Kenmore 15385 came up as the best choice for sewing heavy fabrics. The price was right, about $130 with shipping, so I ordered it. (I also ordered acessories online too.)

Once the machine arrived it was easy to set up, thread and start sewing. The owner's manual is one of the BEST I have ever seen for clear and concise directions with diagrams.

The machine does button holes and several stitch styles, enough for the average user.

I have owned...

I am a moderately experienced sewer, and bought this as my first machine after moving out of my parent's house. I am delighted with this machine. It has effectively managed everything from simple mending and hemming tasks to moderately complex quilting projects, and very challenging, multi-layered craft items. I would highly recommend purchasing lots of extra metal bobbins, and the optional quilting foot set, but these are not expensive and make this an almost infinately capable machine. I'm delighted.

This machine is so easy to use and it is so dependable.  I use mine all the time.  I am now teaching my daughter how to sewand she has a learning diability and she is able to use it without any trouble.

I would recommend this machine to anybody  who neeeds asewing machine.  As a matter of fact my friend just got one for her daughter because she had been at my house and used mine and asked her mothe to find out where i had bought it and could she have one for Christmas.  So her mother bought her one for Christmas.

You cant go wrong with Kenmore sewing machines.  I have used a brother machine before and it isnt nearly as strong and durable.  This machine can sew through denim and doesnt get stuck.  Kenmores are easy to use and long lasting.  I will always recondmend buying Kenmore!

I have loved my Kenmore Sewing Machine.  It may not be as fancy as other machines out there, but it is reliable and does a wonderful job.  It's a perfect sewing machine for those who are not professionals.  It is my go to machine, and have never had to have it serviced.
