Kenmore Side-by-Side Refrigerator Model 57024 —
I purchased this product - Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator #57024 about one year ago. My last kenmore refrigerator was 20 years old and still going strong but was not energy star, so we went to Sears for a new one. We got a 25.4 cuft. about the same size as our old one but it is really MUCH SMALLER inside. Hard to tell when you are looking at an empty fridge in the store - WHY didn't the salesperson tell us then about how energy star compliance affects the interior. Our ice maker started jamming within 2 months and broke in 8. It is difficult to keep clean. We hate this refrigerator and it cost us almost 1400 bucks. Buyer Beware! P.S. we always maintained a service contract but sears raised the cost to ridiculous prices. Forget it!!
