i was very pleased with the gadsden sears store and the associate that sold to me. it was the bad service tech that installed the washer and dryer and the tech's who come to fix! as far as the installer of range he would have a 10 rating from me. he installed the first kenmore elite and came thursday to replace the first one of only three months old. when he got here with the new one it was still boxed, he installed and plugged it up and immediately the fans in the oven were rattling. he called and told sears installation department of the problem. he told me to wait at least two or days before calling the store and let them know because the paperwork might not be there yet. i just wish kenmore was like it use to be... or should i say i wish sears was like sear and roebuck use to be????????? and this phone system you have to go through when you have problems is for the birds or people who don/t have anything to do with their life or time.
