We ended up getting a much nicer washing machine than we originally had planned for the same amount of money...including a rebate for free delivery and haul-away! So far, we have been very pleased with the overall performance of this appliance. No bells and whistles, but good load capacity and cycle options...a very functional machine and a great value for the sale price. Also, customer service was excellent, both in-store and delivery...very efficient and helpful, but not pushy.
Bought another Kenmore washing machine; previous one was over 15 years old, and have been satisfied with everything about it. I'd say excited about it, but who can be excited about laundry? It cleans fine in every temperature and every type of cycle. I've always been pleased with all the Kenmore products I've purchased.
good dependable, consistent products
my mom bought the washing machine when i was 10 yrs old and i was the one responsible for most of the laundry. I went so far as to try washing the dishes in it seeing as it cleaned the clothes pretty good well obviously it didnt work on the dishes but that didnt stop it from working on the clothes when we moved to our new house when i was 13 the maching went with us and we had it until i was 26 and then it broke down but all that was wrong with it was the water pump went bad so we bought a new one and gave the old one away so the washing machine served us well and we have never had a machine last...

When I purchased a mobile home in the early '80's, a Kenmore washer and dryer came with it. When I sold the home, I took the washer and dryer with me. Well, the washer gave out last year when a belt burned out - it could have been repaired but I thought it had well served it's time. The dryer - well, I am still using it.
I wished everything lasted this long!!
I love my kenmore washer, my children bought for me for Christmas. It is very good and I am very happy with it. Uses less electric then my old washer. Wouldn't trade it for anything. It fits great in my washer room, since the wash room is very small.
