Kenmore Elite Side by Side Refrigerator

We have the Kenmore Elite Coldspot side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door.

The bottom two crisper drawers tend to freeze items and he acceler ice button keeps starting itself and and then he water line freezes... Anyone else had similar problems and what did it take to resolve them.
