“Disappointing Purchase”

KitchenAid 24.5 cu. ft. Counter-Dept Side-by-Side Refrigerator — 

I have had this refrigerator since January 2007 and have been disappointed that I have rust spots on the door where the water dispenser is located. I contacted Sears and KitchenAid and they both advised that on stainless steel this is not under the warranty. I hate the loud noise it makes when ice is dispensing or missing the ice container and dropping in the bottom of the freezer. I will never purchase anything from Sears again. The customer service has been horrible!!
