To sum it up. Got this delivered. Missing screws. Screws loose inside both the microwave/oven.
Go figure. $3400 item and this is what I get. Of course sears is amazing. They exchanged it but unforunatly the next one was worse.
It has some impossible to get off glue on the outside. More screws were rattling inside and this time it was missing ALL the install screws. No baggy to be found anywhere. It did have the thermomter.
It worked fine but I just couldn't help but wonder when it's going to break. Decided to return for refund.
Sears was good but kitchenaid needs some series quality checks at their plants. Honestly this shouldn't happen to any product much less a $3400 purchase.
To the people who purchased this - did you have a similar experience with the screws and such?
