i got my kitchenaid for a b-day gift, i have been wanting one for a while...i just thought, well that is a lot to spend and i have an ok mixer...well i wish i would have bought one a long time ago!i have not made a whole lot of things with it, but what i have made gets great reviews! everyone thinks i am the best cake maker ever... well the mixer does all the work! i just add the ingredients and turn it to mix, then 4 and wahla...perfect cake! when i cheat and use a box mix, my kitchenaid makes it more fluffy...a big difference!i have made cakes, cookies, icing, and mashed potatoes...i will soon be trying breads.i highly recommend this for anyone who likes to cook and even those starting out!
