KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Classic —

I love my KitchenAid stand mixer. I can put ingredients in and let it start mixing while getting the next ingredient. It makes things easier with my children because I can stay "hands-on" with them with measuring and pouring. I make the best meringue for my pies and I am convinced it is because I can let the whites whip up properly without just standing there holding the mixer and watching. And the KitchenAid is so powerful, I am confident in mixing up anything! I just love it! I use the dough hook for mixing pizza dough OFTEN! :)

Hint: get the guard for the mixing bowl- you won't regret it!
