I have always enjoyed shopping at Kmart since I was a child. I now drive 45 minutes to the nearest Kmart at least twice a month for all our pet food needs. The prices are great on the brands I buy.

K' Mart helps me find the things I need all year long. Now is Christmas time, and they help to stretch my money, so that I could buy for everyone on my Christmas list. This includes three grown boys, an eight year old little girl, grandaughter who are eight, five and one, and a grandson who is also one. Let's not forget my Mother & Father, two brothers and their families and two sisters and their families. They were all good this year and I was glad to be able to find something for everyone. I recently visited the Mentor, OH Super Kmart Center and was pleasantly surprised by my visit. I found the store to be especially clean and organized as well as fairly busy for a late night. The parking lot was relatively clean and shopping carts were available. Merchandise was well stocked in most places, but a few items were out of stock in the grocery department. I found a great deal on some SD memory cards in the electronics department where an associate was ready and willing to help me. read full review »I had never shopped at Kmart and after my first experience there I will never return. I have even gone as far as to warn my friend and family of my horrible experience. Prices are not cheaper and television commercials may lead you to believe. The store is not welcoming, organized or clean. It is hit or miss on whether or not the price will be listed. And when the price is stated it may be listed incorrectly. Once I finally decided on a few necessities, check out was a whole other story. There were only two lines open at 5pm on a Friday evening! read full review »In the month of August 2008 our home was completely destroyed by fire. I had to get my prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. We called KMART and they told us to be there the next morning for the refills. Some of my prescriptions were not due to be refilled. Not only did the phamacist contact the insurance company and doctors office, they took gift cards and made up the difference between what the co pays were and what I owed. They also gave me a set of new towels. I guess word spread through out the store and as I was leaving the cashier at the food stand told me to come back that evening...
