My wife and I purchased this coffee maker in July 2009. In less then a year we have had to ship it back for warranty work on three separate occasions. All at a cost to us because there are no local Krups authorized service centers in our area (Chicago). Twice it was sent back because it would not pump the water and once because it leaked water. We have never been able to use the programmable features because we have always had to monitor the grind process in that it does not always provide an adequate amount of ground coffee. Overall, quite possibly the worse coffee maker we have ever purchased....
