“perfect - except...”

looks great, works great - but...the decanter is shaped such that one needs to turn it completely upside down to get every last drop. that's a flaw. also, 10 cups is great for 2 people everyday, but you'd want a 12 cup unit if you make coffee for 4 or more.

“You get what you pay for, I guess.”

It makes coffee fine, which is what it is suppose to do. It also has a nice feature that the excess cord stuff inside the base. What I don't like about it is: 1) The coffee ready signal sounds like a smoke alarm, sort of irritating. I turned it off so problem solved. 2) You cannot pour the last two cups... read full review »

you can not get all the coffee out of the pot until you flip it fully upside down

this is a poor effort by Krups the coffee dosen't come out hot you have to microwave your java even right after the coffee is brewed
