I bought this refrig in july of 08 and it lasted 3 months and because i was in the 90 days i recieved another (same One) i loved the style , but i had problems with the botton freezer would ice up and then it shut down completly ... so now i recieve the 2nd one in oct and it started to build up the ice on the back wall and they did try to fix the problem , i had 6 service calls and finally gave up , i just recieved another refrig this time the kenmore elite botton freezer but no french door, so far so good , i was disapointed cause i really loved the style of the french door, but after 2 lemons i said good by
