I use my washer everyday - have since I bought it. Never a problem. I do use less soap than expected - it's all good. Second one like this I've bought in 12 years!
Wow! The LG 4.0 capacity front load washer with steamwash is more than I dreamed! It is a beautiful, heavy-duty, super-cleaning steam machine, my new best friend. This washer makes laundry fun! It plays a cute little happy tune when the load is finished, causing me to skip to my bedroom for more laundry!

My husband and I bought the LG 4.0 cu. ft. Capacity Front Load Washer w/ SteamWash washer along with the matching dryer and I couldn't be more happy. I love the fact that it senses the loads and adjusts wash time as needed. After all not everything needs the same wash time. The LED lights and the chimes it makes when powering on and when the loads are done are great. We have only had it about two weeks now but I can not imagine ever having any real issues with it. read full review »I wanted a really good machine that would last and do alot of different things. I love that it uses less water and soap. The cycles do take a little longer then my last machine but the is ok. It only bothers me that you have to pay so much more for a color and for the bottom drawer.
i purchased this washer and dryer for her birthday. to my amazment, the unit uses half as much water and holds far more than her previous unit.
We love thi units just hate the rebate process. They do the job and save.
