My husband & I purchased the LG 7.3 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Dryer with Dual Humidity Sensors in Cherry Red recently (and the matching steam washer). I am SOOOOOO PLEASED!!!!!!!!!I could not be happier!!!! The LG dryer dries clothing in no time at all!!!!

I'm writing this review now because Sears sent an email message asking me to even though I've had the dryer only two weeks. I might have waited a bit longer - but here it is based on experience to date.

My wife and I bought a home recently so we needed to buy a dryer. I really like this dryer. It was high on the Energy Star rating so that's a plus. I really like the sensor that tells the dryer when to keep drying and when to stop drying prior to the scheduled time. Very useful and very energy efficent. It's also short, so it fits nicely in my laundry room. Very nice.
I love this dryer as it compliments the LG Cherry Red Washing Machine perfect and it is very rich and sleek looking. I love all of the options in selecting drying selections. I like the ease of operating the machine as well.
The only drawback is if you use dryer sheets they don't work that well on anything but the timed drying as they interfere with the drying element inside the machine. I have omitted using dryer sheets altogether and sometimes still have a problem drying towels or a heavy load on selected drying options. My husband and I recently purchased the LG washer and electric dryer. I am very pleased with our purchases. The clothes dry in no time! The controls are very easy to use. The cute chimes, instead of a loud beep, when the dryer is done, is very pleasant. This machine is very quiet.
Thanks to the sensors, I don't have to worry about opening the dryer to clothes that are still wet. This makes getting the laundry done, so much quicker. The large lint trap catches all of the lint, so that I am not continually cleaning the outside vent, as I did with my old dryer.

We just upgraded from a combo washer/dryer model to this one, and the difference is amazing. Great options, very quiet, and does an excellent job cleaning. The steam function is saving me lots of trips to the dry cleaner.
I have the matching washer. I love both of them. Once you figure out all the buttons it is a breeze. Dryer dries well and is very quiet. I love the chime instead of a loud buzz to signal the load is done.
I had a mother load of clothes and threw them all in the dryer at once for about 50 minutes and it dried in 40...Best thing in the world!!!!!
This is the best dryer I have ever used! I love the fact that you can tell it do just bearly dry the clothes so I can hang them out and it's just how I wanted. I also love the fact that it tells you how long it will take to dry the load and even better that the dryer can keep up with the washer.
The durability of my LG dryer is awsome! As a single Mom I need quality as well as a sale price! My LG has so many options,this really caught my eye as I was comparing dryers. The pretty lights help me to put it on the right cycle and the gentle ding is pleasant to the ears. Im looking forward to using the drying rack! The energy star was really important to me, using less energy and costing alot less money to use is a necessity when your on a tight budget. And that doesnt affect the drying time, it drys so quickly and quietly I had to go into the laundry room to hear it! Im so happy with this...

I got my Washer and Dryer (Cherry Red) set just a few weeks ago and I Love Them!! The washer is Very QUIET and the dryer dries the clothes in no time at all!! I love them both I can't wait to do Lanundry!! A little spendy but worth every penny. Just read your owners manual for maintenace tips to keep them going for a long time.
I bought the red LG washer/dryer and the stands and I love it in more ways then one. I would highly recomend this product and it's great on your back being up on the pedistal.
