We have been extremely happy with our LG dishwasher purchase 3 months ago.  It had all the features we were looking for:  sleek stainless finish, upper rack spinner, tall tub, and stainless tub.  The only problem we had with dishes not coming out perfectly clean and spot-free was actually our fault. ...

I read the review and I have to say that so far I am happy with my LG dishwasher. BUT I think it is a hit or miss with the LG appliances. I can't help but sympathise with the woman how's LG dishwasher doesn't run. I also have an LG french door, lower freezer fridge. And It broke within 6 months of purchase.... read full review »

We purchased this dishwasher primarily because it was rated as one of the quietest on the market.  We have an open floor plan home and running the dishwasher was always a noise problem.  Not any more!  This dishwasher is so quiet I have to look at the lights to make sure it's on.  Not only is this dishwasher quiet.......it's huge!!  The bottom of the dishwasher is much lower to the floor which offers larger capacity.  I honestly did not notice how big this dishwasher was until a week after installation.  We load far more dishes, far more easily in this dishwasher.  In addition to being...

What a great practical machine!  The motor layout is different so that there is much more height for the bottom rack like bigger pans etc.  The top drawer also doesn't  get stuck to higher things like a cutting board when you want to pull it out on it's own because of design.  Overall it gives just so much more space inside while the outside looks the same size as many other.  And that does not even include all the rest like the low sound it works with, removable racks and choices on the control panel. My words:  Man's best maid!

I am disappointed with my new LG dishwasher. I bought it for its looks, functions, the fact that you can do one rack cycles only and energy efficiency. I do not mind the drying issue, what I mind is that my dishes are left  film and food residue. I have to use the strong spray option for any cycle I choose because if not, the dishes are really dirty and the glasses are cloudy. I am practical, what good are the looks and bells and whistles, if the dishes are not clean? I miss my old dishwasher.

I just love my new LG dishwasher.  With 2 water sprayers, it cleans everything on top and bottom, even pots and pans.  The silverware is located on the door which frees up more space on the inside for dishes.  It's great.

Looks can be decieving.

I love the look and safety features of the LG stainless steel dishwasher, however the dishes come out wet and the unit did not fit when we tried to replace it. We need to go out to the hardware store and buy a flat attachment. It sticks out a couple inches. I wouldn't care so much about the wet dishes if I didn't have so many baby bottles.
For the price of 699.99 I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Bought a LG dishwasher 2 years ago and it's broken already. Need to call for repairs and just to come out to the house it's close to $100.00  I would have been better buying a cheap one and throwing it out in 2 years. Paid alot  of money for something that looks good but doesn't work.  I will never buy a LG product again.
