LG - enV Touch Cell Phone —
Okay don't get me wrong I love my enV Touch. It's apart of me. But this is getting completely ludicrous. My phone has been shutting itself off lately, like 15 times in the past month, and defaulting all my setting and the first time it did this, it erased all the ringtones i just bought and some I downloaded from the computer. I went to the Verizon store and they told me it was a Software problem and it could be fixed in 45 minutes so I let them do it. It helped my phone until it did it AGAIN in less than 3 weeks. I have had my enV Touch since July 2009 and it already has glitches? Come on you gotta be joking right?
Other than having Verizon fail me, my phone does everything for me. lol
