“Recent problems with fit of white men's Lands' End shirt”

Lands' End Pinpoint Button Down Shirt —

Four mens' Pinpoint Button down collar dress shirts were recently purchased from Lands' End over the Internet. All were labeled as the same size but the white colored shirt did not fit the same as the blue ones. It was a smaller size and trimmer fit.

Lands' End was very responsive to the problem via telephone and a replacement shirt was sent. The local Sears stores took back the defective shirt and commented that some other mens' dress shirts had been returned recently for the same reason.

Very satisfied with this level of customer service.
