I have shopped at Land's End for years now. They have always stood behind their products. Years ago I had a jacket I had bought for my husband, and one for myself. The zipper pull broke, after a year, and they replaced the jacket with a new one. My favorite thing about Lands' End is their bathing suits. I do water aerobics and other suits I have bought last less than 6 months. Land's End I usually get more than a year out of, and that is 3 times a week, year round. They are fabulous, and can be bought at great prices.
