This hose is great. It's flexible, just about kink-proof and will handle both hot and cold water. We wash our cars in the winter in New England to get the muck off as we don't use car washes with their dirty brushes and cloths that trap dirt and scratch cars. This hose handles the hot water with no problem. It rolls easily back up even in the coldest weather. This is by far the sturdiest hose I have ever owned and should I need to buy more hose, this is the one I will purchase.
This shredder would be great for very small jobs such as small flower beds with leaves and debris. It is too small for my needs. I have tons of leaves and the hopper holds maybe a double handful at most at a time. Then you have to shove them down the chute. Very time-consuming. I am hoping to be able to exchange it for something larger that Sears may offer.
I would recommend this shredder for very small jobs only.
I just bought this weed eater, it use to take me 45 minutes to weed eat my yard with my old unit, now it takes me 2 1/2 hours to do the same weed eating with the new weed eater.
The line on my old unit was thicker and easy to load. On this new unit you are having to change the line every few minutes it is not as thick, it is very difficult to feed the line through the holes on the new weed eater head, the holes are too small. I cannot recommend this unit to anyone since I found it very difficult to get the job done in a timely fashion.
I bought this gas trimmer after our old craftsman trimmer bit the dust. We returned it twice after the first two died the second you touched the throttle and then wouldn't start again (they tried to charge us restocking fees and then gave me a hassle about it looked "old and dirty" even though I had just purchased it an hour prior), and on our third machine, it worked great twice. It sat in the garage during a few months of dormant grass weather, and when we got it out again it wouldn't start. I nearly ripped my arm off trying to get it to start (wouldn't start with the starter device either)....

Is super, easy to handle one handed operation. Pretty simple to assemble and even came with a quart of oil.
Purchased the Craftsman 12 amp Electric Blower and Vacuum for a 1/2 acre yard with lots of trees. On the inaugural run, the bag that holds the leaves tore. We were only 15 minutes into the process when it occured. The fabric is very flimsy. Sears, with it's great return policy, took it back. The blower is capable of moving leaves, but the fabric needs to be stronger.
I bought this unit from Sears. This is not the deluxe model, it does not have akick start feature. To say this is a cold blooded machine is an understatement. Since the day I bought it I have had trouble getting it started. I have many 2 cycle machines and none have this problem. It is less than a year old. I have cleared the gas tank, checked the carburetor, changed the spark plug. It just doesn't want to start if cold! Once running is seems o.k. until you get to the end of the row, and as soon as you release the gas, it dies. A small engine shop just shrugged it off as characteristic...

This is my first gas trimmer. It is labeled "light-duty." It starts easy and gets the job done.
Don’t waste your money on this is product it’s the 2nd weed eater that I have purchased in the last 3 years and they don’t seem to last. You would imagine the name Craftsman would super seed the quality but it does not. As a huge fan of Craftsman tools they have let me down in this department. They are built poorly and it feels like they want you to come back every year or so. When the gears in the weed eater shaft brook I couldn’t seem to find a replacement in stock on 2 of their locations. Very Disappointed.
Great shovel..even though I only had to use it once. It is lightweight, very strong and ergonomic. I bought this shovel because I only want to buy something once and this shovel had all the attributes you would want. Add to that a lifetime guarantee and you got it all. I am very happy with this shovel and I think anyone would feel the same.
This trimmer made quick work of all the hedges on my property. I was able to complete the work with just one Ni-Cd battery, but I like that I can use a lithium C3 battery if i need more juice. Battery power is definitely a plus with a tool like this, as dragging an extension cord with you gets annoying quickly.
