This dvd is GREAT!! Rather you are a beginner or advanced Leslie has a way to keep the work out fun and time flys by. The results are incrediable, you instantly feel so much more energized. I would recommend it to everyone!! The music keeps you motivated and Leslie explains every move . I love this workout and I will keep doing it!! The price at K-Mart is the cheapest I have seen it, so for $10.00 is WELL worth it!!!!
