I'm not a designer jeans kind of guy. These jeans do the trick though of being comfortable, reasonably fashionable, and won't break the bank like some premium brand jeans.
I speak for what I suspect as one of the few demographics that seem to be ignored. Bell bottom jeans are not only a nastalgic part of my generation but they wore extremely well. In many cases, your shoes may not have been appropriate for an event but we ( I'm 56 and healthy, thats why I wear the same size I did when I was 19.) wore and still where jeans no matter the venue. But with bell-bottoms the toe of your shoes was all that was exposed. Color wasn't even a factor. Unless you were just a perfectionist. you were the only person that knew your belt, shirt, or whatever wasn't didn't match....
read full review »These are my husband's favorite jeans. Every time his jeans where out first thing he does is look for a new pair of these. We have shopped around at multiple stores for them, bonton, ********, *****, but every time sears definitely tops for the best price and selection. They fit relatively standard and are perfect for him to wear with his work boots, but not too loose so that they are baggy. They wash and wear well and have lasted him through many wears. He won't wear any other jeans. By far, Levi's 527s are worth the price! The waste does run on the bigger side. Length seems to be true to fit....
