Liberty Mutual —
My mom used Liberty Mutual for her car insurance the whole time I was growing up. After I married - I went with what my husband had. Then went to another company because I got a discount as a teacher. I am with Liberty Mutual now, because the other company's rates went up $30 or more dollars every six months for the previous two years.
The personnel has been wonderful, friendly and helpful since the beginning, even looking for ways for me to save on my insurance when I call for simple questions. Fortunately, I haven't had a claim, but I remember whenever mom did, she always got prompt service and no hassles. I plan on being with Liberty Mutual for the remainder of my days.
