“Worth the extra $”

Linksys Wireless-N Broadband Router — 

Exchanged a less expensive D-Link router (that had compatibility issues with 2 of my 3 fairly new computers) for this Linksys and and very happy with it. Unlike many other routers, this one was a breeze to set up for a person like myself with only basic computer skills. I had it up and running within 10 minutes! Signal strength is full throughout my (grated rather small) apartment. It even has a neat looking low-profile design that doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. Highly recommended!

I replaced a Netgear router for this Linksys. Netgear was also difficult to set up as you say your D-Link was. I agree, that this sets up and installs like a breeze and is very reliable. My Netgear kept dropping out and had to be powered down/up several times a day, which gets old, especially if you are trying to run a business and webcasting live video streams. This router is the way to go!
