The Logitech optical mouse is so easy and comfortable to use that it becomes so much like an extension of your arm that you begin to forget it's there.
It has a smooth, fluid motion, both in controlling the cursor on the screen, and how it moves on the various surfaces I've already used it on. The triple-function (!) scroll wheel makes using the computer even efficient. In addition to the usual button and up-and-down functions, the scroll wheel also allows left-and-right movement, meaning I can now do more while moving my hand and arm even less.

Logitech Optical Mouse: much smoother movement than the regular mouse. I normally use a Logitech Marble Mouse (trackball), but was having trouble with mine. I originally went into the store to buy the cheapest mouse I could find, just to plug into my USB port to make sure that the problem was with the mouse and not with the port.
