In my opinion, Lou Malnati's is the best Chicago stye deep dish around. Of course, i'm a relative novice when it comes to this stuff, having just moved out here half a year ago, but i've found their crust to be the right consistency of crunchy and flavorful (i think it's called a butter crust). Also their thin crust pizza is not bad either (and you don't have to wait as long for it to cook). Much better than Gino's East, Due, etc. Definitely my favorite deep dish in the city.Last edited on Mar 09, 2009
