The Magellan Maestro 4000 is an excellent GPS system. It has become my husband's new mistress and made family trips a lot more pleasant. The system is easy to use. Gives directions in enough time safely maneuver, and the voice is not really annoying. It is also priced reasonably. A good product at a good price.
I bought this for my dad because he's a truck driver. He always gets bad directions from companies so I wanted him to have something that was hopefully a bit more reliable. His birthday just passed and I asked him if he still liked the Magellan GPS Navigator or if he'd rather have a new one and his exact words were "touch that thing and die, girlie!" I'm getting myself one, too....if it's good enough for a truck driver that drives all over the United States, it's good enough for me.
The Megllan Maestro 4000 is a great system. This is the first GPS I have bought. It is very accurate. Depending on choosing "shortest distance" or "least amount of time" it does change the directions alittle bit and can take you around in a circle to get to the same place. But over all it is great in saving time and my flustration. I Love it!!
the magellon is the only gps you will ever need. easy to use for people that are not able to find their way around the block. you can use with confidence. my wife loves her gps because she doesnt have to have me drive her somewhere. she can go whenever and where ever she wants by her self
