This pan is heavy and everthing I have cooked in it has stuck, plus it is not dishwaher safe...why not?

Needs a Lid!

This pan, like the others sold separately & in a set, is pretty to look at, cooks like a dream and is easy to clean. I put this and the other pans in my dishwasher and they come out beautifully. This pan would get 5 stars if there was a lid like the rest of the pans have. That is a real disappointment. Are you listening, Martha?

Makes good gifts

This saute pan is one of my favorites. I have given 2 for gifts. I always get the pan hot, then add the oil or butter, then add the food. It does not require extra high heat for normal cooking. I have used it on high, and it did not warp. Good pan for the price.
