Mattel's Apples to Apples is great for friends or family. We love to play it when the family gets together for a holiday meal. Kids from about 10 to the elderly can enjoy the game together. It's more fun with people you are familiar with. You try to predict what would first come to a person's mind when they see an adjective. Sometimes you don't have a card to match that adjective and you go for something over the top silly, and it can create an uproar of laughter.
Ive played this game at indoor recess. It will bring joy to kids life.
This game is a blast to play with a lot of people at a party!

Apples to Apples is an awesome game that is fun for any size group of people. It is hilarious and a quick moving game so it doesn't feel like it drags on forever. It is very interesting to see how much you can learn about the players by the choices that the submit and you can play it with people you barely know or know very well. Great game for get togethers of any sort! Love it!
I played this game at my step-mom's Christmas party. It was so much fun. The thing to remember is to try to be as creative as possible so that there is a better chance that your card will be chosen.
The only drawback is that there were several quotes and words on the cards that included inuendo of some sort. They were things I wouldn't want to have to explain to my younger children should we play the game together. There are two ways to get around that though... 1) go through the game and take out cards you dont want in there (still very playable with missing cards) or 2) by the junior version....
read full review »My daughter suggested this game and now we're hooked. I can play this game & have fun with a bunch of teenagers or adults or grade school kids. And, it requires no skill at all! Great with a diverse group who might not know each other well.
This is the best game for a gathering. everytime you play it is a completely different game. you cannot say you have a game collection without having this game!
Apples to Apples is fun for the entire family.We have a family game night and this is one of our favorites. It is fun and very imaginative . I love watching the kids as they try to choose their answers ! I also love the price ! If you are looking for a game that you and your kids will love, this would be it.
