I'm sure most people don't realize this, but no two retailers will carry the same mattresses by the same manufacturer. The manufacturer will slightly retool a given mattress/box spring for each retailer, and rename it, so that every retailer can claim the lowest prices on that brand's mattresses and claim exclusivity on its models. And any price matching offered on them is generally impossible because they need to be the exact same product.
It's a little game the mattress industry has been playing for decades, but because most people aren't in the mattress retail business, and only consider mattresses once a decade, they aren't exposed to this practice enough to see it.
That said, every retailer who sells branded mattresses will have comparable products. What you want to do is find the specifications for the mattress you saw elsewhere, then browse mattresses by that manufacturer that have similar specifications. You'll find that the differences are usually in the types of foam used in the pillowtop, the number of coils (usually differing by a dozen or so between equivalent models), and the ticking on the surface. When you've found an equivalent, you can then compare prices, availabilities, and so forth.
Happy hunting!
