My fiance and I are thinking about buying a bigger bed since our two dogs sleep with us and all we have is a full - not fun! We wanted to do it while the Sertas are on sale since we like the one we have now, but aren't sure which size to get. The deals seem good for both queen/king, but not sure if we should spend the extra money to upgrade all the way to king. It seems pretty huge compared to what we have. I get how much bigger it is.. but how much bigger does it feel?

Inappropriate?

It IS way bigger than a full but so, so worth getting a king. We had a queen size for about 10 years and it was perfectly fine. Until we stayed at a hotel that a king bed with wonderful down comforter and pillows and realized we had to have one. So when it was time for a new mattress we got a king and I don't think I could ever go back. It's so nice having all that extra room.
