My family and I have been using this dryer for 3 years. It is very quiet and has a large capacity, not to mention energy efficient! Yet, the downside is that it takes longer to dry clothes than other energy efficient dryers--although not considerably by much. i also find that it does not seem to take out as much lint as other dryers (tho im not sure if this is normal for energy star appliances or not). overall, it does a decent job in drying!
We purchased the Neptune set about 6 years ago. It has been a very reliable appliance. It is great to have a dryer that drys clothes in about the same time as it takes to wash them. The display setting are easy to use. We like the wrinkle prevent options in case we cannot be there when the timer goes off. Good product that I have recommended to friends and family.

It runs great and drys all the clothes with no problem. Quiet and easy to clean lint trap. I would recommend to my friends.
The neptune dryer, just like the washer, has proven invaluable to me. I have owned it for 6 years now and it performs just like the day I bought it and have needed no maintenance or repairs at all! It's solid, beautiful, and user friendly. Absolutely love it! Would be lost without it!
