McCormick White Pepper — 

McCormick White Pepper is the Popeye's chicken chain's little secret. Their chicken is marinated in milk and  red cayenne pepper that you can see. It is the dusting of white peppet that really sets it off.

Making this at home will save you dozens of dollars and thousands of calories.You can get flour, milk, cayenne, optional paprika, McCormick White Pepper, and chicken at Super KMart or any grocery store.

Most people use oil but we just put it on a small baking rack inside our electric skillet from KMart.
