We bought a new house and the microwave is a Kenmore Elite with convection, over the range type.  I can figure out how to use the thing to cook most stuff, but would like to know about the convection part..and should there be a rack in there..it looks like it but there isn't one..also, it seems that I should find the info on line, but where to look....there is a model number..36363673021

Came with a rack, part# WB48X10017, available at searspartsdirect.com, However, I recommend you don't bother. You'll find you'll rarely use it. Makes a great cake cooling rack outside the microwave ;-)

Thanks for the info...I figured the rack would be somewhat useless...thanks for your insight.
