I have a microwave/convection combination oven. The door latch does not work properly. When I close the door I cannot get it open. Close inspection revealed that the two latch open/close system was not working. The oven works superbly, and I do not want to junk it because the door does not work, What Can I do ?

Inappropriate?

I just purchased this oven. How old is your oven? Also just read a review that it melted someones laminate cabinet. Maybe this is not a good choice.
