I just recently ordered a computer monitor from Sears online. After dealing with a less than willing customer rep I finally was able to get Sears to honor the free shipping. I gave the address to the rep several times asking her to make sure the suite number was on the shipping address. Of course, when I got the shipping email there was no suite number. So I called and spoke to another rep and she was going to fix the issue. After waiting 10 minutes while she called UPS, I was cut off but hoped for the best. Needless to say it wasn't fix and I still don't have my monitor. Double check and triple check Sears. I was going to order a phone next but I have decided to use another company. Now, the computers are down and they still can't fix my problem. I'm very disappointed again in Sears. I suggest looking elsewhere until Sears can fix there problems. Very sad!
