I bought this coffee make and I hate it. It does not get hot enough and when I get my cup of coffee its not as hot as it should be. I think its the hot plate.
This coffee machine is great! So easy to program for the early morning rush to get ready for work. Durable and easy to use. The price is good too. It also helps me save money by making my own cup of Java during the week. - Jillian, Chicago, IL.
I've had this coffeemaker for over a year and it's still working great. The only issue I've had with it is not making a full pot at times. I'm not sure what the cause of this is, as I run cleaning cycles on a regular basis. Overall, I've been pretty happy with it.
I bought this to replace a smaller coffee pot. It does what it should and it brews perfect coffee. The one thing that I do not like about it is it tends to always drip on the element making it sizzle when the pot is put back. It drips a lot! Other than that it's a great coffee pot.

I love the programmable features on this coffee maker! My coffee is ready before I get out of bed and the brew cycle is quick! The features on the coffee maker are simple and easy to use. The coffee maker is easy to clean with the removable basket and the see through resevoir makes it easy to see how much water you have in it.
I purchased this product over 4 years ago, and would NOT have to replace it, IF I had NOT USED Dishwashing Detergent to clean the warming plate with. After time it took the finish right off the warming plate and now rust has set in. Guess what is on the Christmas List this year? ;)
I would recommend this product to friends and family members!
I bought this unit to replace another Mr. Coffee model after I broke the pot, and could not find a replacement for less than the cost of this unit.
My other coffee maker had a couple of features this one lacks, including a tempature control for the hot plate, and an alarm for when the coffee finished brewing. (Really miss that)
One of the things I do not like about this model design, is the fact that the top lid covers both the basket and water tank. The reason I don't like that feature, is because the hot water from the brewing chamber/basket causes condensation to build...
