“Faulty Design”

I purchased this at a jewelry shop. A stone fell out 3 times. The jeweler was losing money every time I brought it back for repair. He insisted that I return the bracelet to him, which I did. “BEAUTIFUL BRACELET BUT....”

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM ON A MONDAY AND RETURNED IT ON WEDNESDAY. I THOUGHT THE ITEM WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT A STONE FELL OUT BEFORE I EVEN REMOVED THE TAG TO WEAR IT. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE LINKS BETWEEN THE FLOWERS WERE WEAK. AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEW OF THIS ITEM I DECIDED THAT IT WOULD LIKELY CAUSE ME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. I THINK THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW IN WITH THE PRONGS.

“not pleased”

I bought the bracelet and the stones come off very easy that I already lost a few. The sad thing is that k-mart does not replace or repair when you dont have the receipt even though they are the only place who sells that style. Not happy!!
