Received a quote for Auto Insurance over the phone and got an appointment to sign up all int the same day.  Saving over $700 a year with Nationwide with a policy that covers 2 brand new cars and I have a not so great record!  Would recommend them to anyone.  In fact I tell everyone I know to go there... review »

Had USAA for a little over a year and every six months my insurance went up even though I had no claims. When I finally did have a claim on someone elses policy (person who hit me also had Nationwide) they put me through the rinnger and cheeped out because I chose to get my car fixed at the deelership.... review »

through my other car insurance company I was paying $1200.00 a year the second year it doubled to $2400.00 I gotta Quote at Nationwide unbelieveable $1200.00 a year so i switched to them after 3 years now im down to $600.00 a year great job Nationwide you are on my side 100%

Not very helpful when it comes to answering questions.

Customer service is terrible.  Wish they were more knowledgeable about insurance questions.  Agent can't explain why bills are never correct.
