“Very easy to use,suggest purchasing a slicer and grinder.”

Was shipped fast and was easy to use right out of box,comes with Seasonings.Family was tasting samples of Jerky within 4 hrs of reciving.Dont limit yourself just to Jerky we do fruits also.For the beginner this is a perfect starter kit,suggest practice with Seasonings and methods of cutting.We started with a sharp knife but purchased a Slicer froze the meat halfway to slice even strips.Suggest a decent Meat Grinder you can grind up meats and use gun to also make Jerky.Would recomend this to anyone who wants try to make Jerky on there own.

“This is very easy to use”

This is great for a beginner to use. Even my teenage boys make their own jerky. They love it. It takes approximately 4 hours to make it. Then with in 1 hour it usually is gone.
