Neuton CE 6.3 Battery Powered Mower —
I bought this AFTER buying the Mantis electric reel powered mower on ******. The Mantis didn't work well at all, and neither ****** or Mantis would refund my money. Off to Sears!
I fully intended to get a gas powered mower-I was done with the low power, low ground clearance. The Sear's associate assured me there would be no hassle if I was not satisfied, and based upon my history with Sears, I bought the Neuton. It arrived, was easy to assemble (I am assembly challenged, if I can do it, anyone can).
I love this mower! It cuts the grass without the horrible smell and noise of a gas mower, or the constant failure to hold a charge of lesser (Mantis) electric mowers. It is NOT self propelled, but is easy enough to push and the calorie burn is much better-so I get a decent work out that doesn't hurt my arms or legs.
It starts first time-every time! It has an indicator to let you know how much charge the battery has-no surprises there. The Mantis just slows down and quits when it gets ready to...LOL.
