I wear small and medium sized maternity clothes and 38C bra. The medium size for these tanks was too small for me. I did not like the feeling of the inner sling. Maybe it would have been more comfortable in the large.
The New Additions nursing tank is similar in structure to the nursing tanks they sell at Target, but it's nicer, and better constructed. This one is also longer, more supportive, and the material feels softer. In fact, I can only think of one bad thing to say about it: the white is a little bit transparent.. and things show. Haha! But I was planning to wear it under clothes anyway so it's really not a problem for me. I am so glad I bought it!
The tank fit nice, but it just wasn't long enough for me to wear.
I have tried on several nursing bras and tanks and this is soft and super comfy. I like things to be roomy to cover the belly so I bought the large (I am 5'1 165 36 c/d (still 2 weeks from due date) and it works great as an undershirt and for now I didnt think anything could be comfy but this is. Also I like that it has a full shelf bra in addition to the sling for pads and the straps are fully adjustable.
