The tag on the bra states ' Buy pre-maternity size". I Did, and when I tried this on at home, it was considerably smaller than all of my pre maternity sized bras. I purchased another brand at sears, same size and had no problems. Padding is very stiff.

seems like it has good construction and quality. nice support. good value for price.
I really thought and still think this bra is super comfy. Although I had one problem. The underwire poked throught under my arm after the 3 use. I have to sew it now. I can't say its bad quality it is probably that 1 bad bean out 100?
