Tribees says "Beautiful Pearls" about Nintendo Pokemon Pearl

I have played every generation of this franchise and this is certainly the best. It makes great strides in advancing the series by reintroducing the night and day system and bringing back a plethora of Pokemon from Gold and Silver. I think the ability to catch Pokemon from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Fire Red, Leaf Green is a great idea.

While there are certainly still drawbacks such as the music and the visuals do not make full use of the DS capabilities, though considering the grand scope of the game it is forgivable. In future iterations it would be nice to see a little improvement.

Overall the great game-play and impressive number of catch-able Pokemon (over 450) make this one of the best Pokemon games to date. The inclusion of the touch screen greatly increases playability and makes handling menus a breeze. Familiar and new gamers will find this game easy to pick up. As I said in the beginning of this review I have played every game in the franchise and can say this is easily the best...
...

I Initially started playing to spend time with my son but became instantly hooked. After investing time and effort leveling up my characters I became hooked and a true fan of pokemon... i had watched the movies and some tv episodes with my son but it was my first experience with the game. I saw it through to the conclusion but was happy to find out I could still continue if I wanted... so much value for the money...True bang for the buck... The strategy makes it a great learning to for young developing minds so parents know this isn't a waste of time... (Teaches use of strategy and managing resources while having fun...)
...

This is great game just like the pokemon diamond version. They are very similar. The only difference is that you get to see different pokemon in this version. The great thing about these pokemon games is the ability to trade pokemon with other pokemon gamers and battling them with your pokemon.
...
