Nintendo Wii Console —

The Nintendo Wii Console is a great gaming system.  You can actually do workouts with it to get into shape. It has also been used in Nursing Homes to keep the elderly alert and active and keep their brains functioning well. The price is good for what you get.

There are several other types of controlers for different games too like, tennis racket, bowling ball, fishing rod, steering wheel as well as some others. The controlers are easy to use and have wrist straps to keep you from throwing the controler out of your hand when you are into the game. Wii comes with 1 game, usually WiiSport,1controler, 1numchuck, power cords and lots of instructions.

The Wii Fit  has Avitars you can create to look just like you and you can also create a pet as well that helps you. You can name your avitars whatever you want to. You can  use the workouts in the Wii Fit to loose weight. It has a calendar that helps you stay on track of your workouts.  And there is a Wii Fit Plus game and a Wii Fit Board that you do your exercises on and weigh yourself with as well. It also remembers you/your avitar and your weight too.

You can also hook it up to the internet either wired or wireless and go to the Nintendo store and get points for your Wii and any games you purchase. You can use those points to get things from the store.

The only draw back to this system is it isn't realistic like Nintendo 360 or PS2/3. But, it has realistic motion in the controlers. You can actually feel it when you swing the controler or when you point to an object.

If nothing else, it will keep you in shape with all the things it has to offer. And it will keep your mind in shape as well with all these activities. If you don't have one, I would suggest you get one, you won't be disapointed.
