Fun! Fun! Fun!

I love this item. I had played the original, and was given this for my birthday last month. I've used it every day since. I was already dieting and exercising and this has really helped me to kick it up a notch. Plus, I play with my daughter sometimes and we have a blast. I would recommend this...

Wii Fit Plus is exactly what it sounds like--a revision, rather than a revolution, of the 2008 game that almost single-handedly propelled the fitness genre into the mainstream. The core experience hasn't changed, but Plus is a big improvement over the original Wii Fit thanks to the ability to create...

The Wii Fit Plus with the Balance board is lots of fun, and it is also a good workout. It is not super intense for some people, but for someone needing a beginning point it is a good place to start. The balance and coordination games are fun for all of us and a great way to gain more body control. The computer helps you track your progress daily, or as much as you choose. The game keeps a log of your calories burned using the games and exercises, and you can also add extra information like a food diary, and any other activities you may have done outside. Although we have just started I think it... read full review »

I bought one of these for my mother for Christmas and of course, I had to try it out too. I have to admit that it will give you a good workout. The first thing you have to do before you actually do any workouts is the body test. It actually weighs you, gets your height, center of balance, etc., and then it gives you you Body Mass Index (BMI), and then you set a goal for yourself on how much weight you want to lose in a certain time. Then it will actually design workouts just for you in order to help you meet that goal. If you miss a day of working out though, the next time you turn it on,...

My family has had the Wii Fit Plus with balance board for approximately 6 months. Its so amazing! We love it. There's different activities for balance, strength training, and yoga. The activities are enjoyable and entertaining & make it easy for everyone in the family to keep a regular exercise routine. My son enjoys the balance games and jogging which is very useful on very cold winter days. I enjoy the jogging and strength training activities.

I especially like that I can select the amount of time to spend, and set fitness goals to work on such as increase balance or coordination. The program...

I love the Wii fit. THe games are fun. Especially the Monkey Ball one. The whole family can play for hours on this game alone. The step aerobics are a blast and the running is fun. It truly gives you a workout and tracks your progress. When you step on the board for your weight, don't let the little sound it makes on the TV get you. It does it for everyone.

I originally bought the Wii Fit system for myself as a fun way to increase my activity level. Little did I know that my 4 and 6 year old would absolutely love it. I love that it is a fun way for them to get exercise. They love competing with each other!

I love the wii fit. It was everything I had hoped for to get a good workout. I know the dance workouts are in but I have a hard time keeping up with the next moves. With the wii fit work out I have n0 problems keeping up. It has a good variety of workouts to do too so you won't get bored.

Fun, but just so so!

This was fun and I liked the balancing references and how it impacts your life, but I got bored easily.

It was fun for a while.

Initially I loved this program, but it did become redundant. It says that you burn about 50 calories every 15 minutes. You can pick and choose your exercises which is nice if you need to avoid exercises for an injured area. I love the aerobics but they don't last very long.

Wii Fit Plus has a lot of fun games/activites that manage to entertain while still demanding quite a lot of energy to complete. While I still believe outdoor activities are best in terms of exercise and lifestyle, I think the activities included with this can be great when used as an addition, or at least not complete substitute for more traditional activities.

Also, I was surprised by how well the balance board was able to pick up on various movements. There was little, if any, input lag and at times it was easy to forget that a board underneath your feet was what was being used to interact with...

Love my WII Fit

This will make your commitment even easier. I set a 20 minutes per day goal, and it was amazingly easy to keep to it. I can change the trainer from male to female when I want. I can set my own pace - this is the exercise equipment for me.

I love the Wii Fit Plus. The games are fun as well as challenging and you really get a good workout. The daily Fit Test lets you keep track of your weight and how much it fluctuates. You can customize your own routines in the Wii Fit Plaza. The only bad thing that I have to say about it is the fact that the balance board won't let my husband on it yet due to the weight limit and I think that Nintendo should have designed this better because who needs the workout the most? It's those of us that have the extra pounds and excess fat to burn. I don't really know if the calorie burn is completely accurate...

I have owned the Wii fit for just over a month and lost about 15-20lbs. I have tried other methods but were boring and hard to do on a regular basis. The Wii fit adds a competitive aspect to loosing wieght as well as a log of how you are doing which keeps you honest.

Nintendo Wii Fit

The Nintendo Wii Fit is an outstanding product! I bought one for my mom who does not want to go to the gym and she is able to do work outs from the comfort of her clean house! She got more confident each time she used the Wii Fit and now is an expert!! She has lost some weight and gained muscle!
