Sears.com listed this item during the MLK 3 Day sale for $749, yet it was never available.  Plus, when you click on the $749 sale price, it takes you to price of $1,899.  Want more?  This item was listed for $749 on the first day of the sale and $799 on the second day,.  So Sears.com will change the price, yet they won't change the fact that the item was most likely never in stock at the sub-$800 sale prices.

Hi wakeupsears!  I would suggest maybe taking a moment, if you have not already, to contact Sears customer service.  They may be able to help with the price confusion.  Here is a link to copy and paste to your browser with their information:

The click to chat representatives are super responsive, if you do give them a try!

It's not "False Advertising" if the item isn't available for purchase when a sale is on. We run sales on a weekly basis (getting closer and closer to daily) starting on Sundays (for the most part). We have our plan of advertising and the manufacturers/vendors have their own schedule to fulfill our orders for the products we sell. While it IS frustrating that the item is not available for purchase at the time of a good sale, it might be worth speaking to a local manager to see if they might honor the price once the item is available.

Another thing to keep in mind is, our website is a NATIONAL website. Meaning, if the item is out of stock online in your area...it doesn't necessarily mean it will be out of stock in another part of the country. :)

Hope this information helped! :)
